PharmaSalesCoach agrees to support the candidate in the activities set forth in the description of services section for a period of one year from the signing of the contract. At the beginning of the training, the client and PharmaSalesCoach will set forth a schedule of activities to ensure that the candidate is executing the activities required to be successful. Recognize that the nature of coaching and the job search process is such that a specific outcome cannot be guaranteed. The probability of a successful outcome is largely dependent upon the client’s willingness to execute on the assigned tasks. The tactics, training, and assignments are based on my experiences as a hiring manager over a 24 year career and are designed to maximize the probability of a positive outcome for the client. My experience has been that clients who come to the interview setting having executed the tasks in a program such as this have a very high probability of securing the position.
